SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING

T he Special Meeting of June 17th, 2004 was called to order by President Pro Temp John Fox with the Pledge of Allegiance. Mayor Bickley was not in attendance due to a conference.

AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE ASMINISTRATOR TO PREPARE SPECIFICATIONS TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS AND TO AWARD A CONTRACT FOR THE OAK/HURON STREET AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. Motion by Jenkins, seconded by Wolf to suspend the rules and adopt. Roll call: Fox-yes, Jenkins-yes, Kovesdi-yes, Wolf-yes, Bagnato-yes, Dickman-yes, motion carried. Motion by Wolf, seconded by Dickman to adopt by title only as an emergency. Roll call; Jenkins-yes, Kovesdi-yes, Wolf-yes, Bagnato-yes, Dickman-yes, Fox-yes. Motion carried, Ordinance no. 352-06-04

Motion by Dickman, seconded by Jenkins to adjourn. Vote: all yeas, motion carried.
