Allegiance by Mayor Robert C. Bickley

Motion by Fox, seconded by Maloney to approve the Minutes
of November 21st . Vote-all yeas, motion carried.
Motion by Maloney, seconded by Fox to approve the Council
Bills for December 12th, 2006 in the amount of $35,775.00.
Vote-all yeas, motion carried.
Motion by Fox, seconded by Dickman to approve the Utility
Bills for December 12th, 2006 in the amount of $92,373.80.
Vote-all yeas, motion carried.

Safety-A committee was appointed of Fox and Jenkins to look
into state released prices and info for the 2007 police cruiser.
Finance-2007 APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
Motion by Dickman, seconded by Jenkins to suspend the rules.

Martin-yes, Dickman-yes, motion carried. Motion by Dickman,
seconded by Fox to adopt by title only as an emergency. Roll

Motion by Maloney, seconded by Fox to award all full time
employees and part-time employee Julie Stelzer a raise of
2.5% effective January 1, 2007. This does not include part-time
police. Bruno will receive her raise on her May anniversary
date and Bowie will receive his on his September anniversary
date. Part time crossing guard will receive a rate of $9.00
an hour. Vote-all yeas, motion carried.
Regional Planning, Building Codes & Inspection-Motion
by Fox, seconded by Kovesdi to hold a public hearing on January
16th , 2007 at 6:30 P.M. for the Commercial and Industrial
Exterior Property Maintenance Code. Vote-all yeas, motion
carried,
Utilities-AMP-Ohio is doing an internal credit scoring for
member communities to point them in the direction of good
fiscal management.
The electric department large bucket truck recently had
repairs for a total cost of $4900.00.
Civic Contact and Historical Preservation-The Red Cross sent
a letter thanking the 21 people that gave blood on Thanksgiving
Day.
Edison Show Choir is selling a CD for a fund raiser for their
trip to Fort Myer Beach. There are several students that are
in need of assistance for the trip.
Parks and Trees-An application was sent to Tree City USA
for recertification.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Motion by Jenkins, seconded by Martin to authorize the Fiscal
Officer to pay the second half of December's bills. Vote-all
yeas, motion carried.
The new copy machine will cost $20.00 less a month than
the current one. It is under lease, and connected to administration
building LAN. It will also be compatible to new computer software.
