Regional Planning, Building Codes & Inspection -The sewer line for the Landsdown development will be a 4-inch forced main. The houses along Main Street will not be required to tap into the forced main initially (the health department will only require tap-ins along Main Street if we report a serviceable sewer to them), but as their septic systems fail or need replacement we can allow them to tie in one at a time on a case basis via the use of " grinder pumps" installed at each residence.

It is recommended the builders pay and bill the village for the work.

There will be a sewer increase in January and more than likely another one the following year.
