The Utility Office is the "face" of Milan and often the first contact for new residents. The office is manned by Nancy Justice and Julie Stelzer. The Utility Office is responsible for the collection of utility payments and fines levied by Mayor’s Court. The office is located in the Administration Building, 11 S. Main Street. The Utility Office is open 8 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. and may be contacted at 419-499-4161 or email milanutilities@milanohio.com
Utility bills are mailed the last business day of each month and are due on the 15th of the following month.
